As you are aware we hosted our Ofsted Inspection in late March 2010 for which we were graded ‘Good’, described by Ofsted as a nursery in which childcare ‘provision is strong’. We are all incredibly proud of our roles in gaining this rating, and I have no doubt as parents you are also over the moon. It is quoted in the report that “Children and happy, settled and are busily occupied in purposeful play”, and that “The enabling environment supports children to experience a wide range of activities inside and outdoors. Consequently children are making good progress in their all round development.” Our aim following this inspection is to continue with the good work whilst still driving towards positive improvements.
