We're delighted to announce our very latest activity for under-2's at Kingsclere.

It's called Mini-Movers and it is included in the fees, so nothing else to pay.

Mini-Movers is a 20 minute session with small groups of 3-6 children, this session will be a stimulated group time for the younger children of the nursery.

We  start the session with a welcome song and have a novelty animal for them all to say hello to. This helps to promote and encourage the children’s communication and social skills.

The sessions are designed to complement the EYFS curriculum.

• Physical development: Parachute games, soft play equipment
• Creative Development: Musical instruments
• Personal, social and emotional development: Singing
• Knowledge and understanding of the world: Exploring the outdoors, Sensory toys/lights
• Problem solving reasoning and numeracy: Number rhymes with props
• Communication, language and literacy: Singing and sharing with our friends

Each week we focus on a different area of learning - so it's never the same twice, and keeps the children really interested.

We finish with our goodbye song and say goodbye to our friends and the mini-movers mascot.
