WELCOME
Welcome to Hazebrouck Day Nursery situated in the Community Centre Complex at Arborfield Garrison. Established in 2003, we are committed to providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment for babies and children aged from 3 months to 5 years.

We like to regard ourselves as one part of the parenting team for each child, helping to give them confidence, experience, skills and social values which you want them to have.  The process starts in the pre-school years, and is the foundation of a happy, healthy and well-adjusted child, beginning from birth.

We equip children with the self-assurance and social skills which enable them to ‘spring’ into formal schooling with exceptional ease, softening the changes they will experience following their successful pre-school years at Hazebrouck!

OPENING HOURS
Hazebrouck Day Nursery is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:00, all year round except the week between Christmas and New Year and Bank Holidays.  We are flexible to parents needs and can offer as little as one moring or afternoon per week right through to full time day care.

Full-Time between 07:30 and 18:00 includes breakfast, snack, lunch and high tea.

Mornings sessions between 07:30 to 12:45, including breakfast, snack and lunch
Afternoon sessions between 13:00 to 18:00, including high tea.

CATERING
Hazebrouck Day Nursery has its own Cook Michelle who prepares and home-bakes all meals on-site.  We take nutrition very seriously and offer the recommended ‘5-a-day’ for all children who attend full days. Michelle works closely with the Manager, ensuring we are doing everything we can where health and nutrition are concerned. We also cater for those children with specific preferences for health, religious or cultural beliefs.

For breakfast children will enjoy breakfast cereals and toast.  At lunch, a nutritious main meal is served followed by a healthy dessert.  For tea the children will have a selection of filling snacks such as sandwiches, rolls, crackers or homemade pizza. All meals are served with water, or milk.  Water is available all day and all children are encouraged to help themselves.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Hazebrouck holds two extra-curricular classes each week to make the children’s enjoyment and positive learning experiences even richer.

‘Great Little Movers’ enhances your child’s interest in music and movement – great for all round physical development. We are also focused on worldwide language and culture so we also welcome a French Teacher who shares her experiences with the children and teaches them French language and culture through play and song.
